STATEMENT

“Art is all about how we see things—it’s totally personal. I think by staying curious and being okay with not knowing everything, we open up our minds and let go of doubt. That’s when we start connecting with the world and the artists who make it. Humility plays a big role in this because pride can make us rush and miss the quiet moments where true understanding can grow.

This work is really about taking a moment to stop and feel the experience. It’s about connecting with others and appreciating the playful irony that pop art brings. I’ve always loved pop art for its boldness and humor, how it makes us look at the everyday in a new way. The work helps us slow down, notice the little things, and dive into what makes us tick.”
